Brighter Future Mediation provides affordable, accessible online mediation, saving clients the time, cost and trauma of court battles. We intervene earlier, reach child-focused agreements and avoid court where it is safe to do so.

It is dramatically under-used.

We do not charge mediators working towards accreditation (WTA) to observe live cases. The accredited mediator is paid in full. The trainee gains observation experience without paying the £100 to £190 plus VAT per hour fee that is standard elsewhere. In exchange they complete the necessary client paperwork. As soon as a trainee qualifies for an element of mediation, they are paid the same rate as a qualified mediator for those services.
